The room had a fridge and microwave, and the bed was really comfortable, plus it was in a great location near the state park.

The mattresses were very comfortable. It was very handy having a small fridge and a microwave in the room.
The sheets did not fit all the way on the bed. The shower drained very slowly. All the windows were covered on the outside with painted corrugated plastic, making the room very dark even during the day.

Close to highway for easy access to getting around buffalo and Niagra Falls. Close to places to eat. Fresh towels every day. Air conditioner and shower worked well. Not bad for the price.
Room Dark. No chairs in the room.

Convenient location close to Niagara center, restaurants, and shopping. The staff here were really friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better! 😊

It was located near to a meeting we had and that was the reason we booked it.
This is only a place if you do not find any other place. It is smelly, the room has only small windows in the upper part of the wall. One window opened to rusty tons in a backyard. Internet connection was not possible. The worst was that we were beaten by bed bugs. If you have any other choice don't go to this Inn.

Located close to various tourist spots, this budget accommodation provides convenience for travelers. With a bus stop just a block away, exploring the city becomes a breeze. The rooms offer necessary amenities such as cable TV, Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a microwave. Clean towels are provided daily, and the host’s hospitality is commendable. Additionally, the neighborhood is safe and offers a variety of dining options nearby.
The Wi-Fi signal inside the rooms was weak, requiring guests to go near the reception area for connectivity.

Used this rather run down motel for one night. No services were available nor needed by me. The best might be the price. TV was in working order. Free parking. No guest reviews available on your website.
Run down place in poor state of maintenance. Ripped towels, non closing bathroom door with doorknob held in place with duct tape. No hangers provided. Overall dingy appearance. Reminded me of travels in India. If it wouldn't have been for only one night, would have checked out the place across the road....

This motel is very poorly maintained. Cleanliness is poor, doors and even windows dont work properly because every thing are quite old. In one of the room they gave torned comforter and the front desk was not ready to change it and was taking it lightly. I dont recommend this motel for family unless they renovate it. Here after, I will never choose a hotel just for a lower fare.

The hotel is in a great location near shopping and dining options, as well as close to Niagara Falls. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. Our room was nicely updated with a comfortable king bed, cable TV, fridge, and microwave.

It was close to my destination and the staff was nice.
I stayed at his hotel only because I decided to book a room 1 day prior to my departure. There were major events in the Buffalo area and most hotels were sold out, so I didn't have much choice. The hotel was clean, but very old and outdated. If you need a place just to sleep for a few hours, this is the place to be. Definitely a "no-frills" place. Bring your own toiletries and don't mind holes in the curtain.

Excellent service and new beds. Not common in a budget hotel!
I think the beds were a bit too big for the rooms. It would have been nice to have a queen bed, rather than a king, and a bit more room to move around.

The reception process was a breeze with a super friendly staff. The room and surroundings were incredibly peaceful, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. Additionally, the on-site car park, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning provided added convenience and comfort during our stay. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Very close to Niagara Falls, shopping, within minutes from downtown, price compare to other places was great, plenty of places to eat, a/c worked fine, loved the mattresses. I loved the microfridge in my room. I will be back soon

Really enjoyed this good budget hotel, particularly good location and updated rooms. Location: the property was near to the shopping area, and tourist spots. It also was close to everything.
